Slipped at 0545 to catch the favourable tide east, although the wind didn't pick up until we rounded Selsey Bill. Then a good sail with a moderate south easterly right in to Brighton. Tied up at about 1430, having covered 42 miles.
Brighton Marina is huge! although very tired looking in parts.
We were joined by Philip and Ellie for a lovely final meal together at Zizzi's, one of the many restaurants in the Marina village, and with strong winds forecast for tomorrow, we're looking forward to a well deserved lay in in the morning.
