We’d actually been here on a flotilla holiday in about 2010, and the only change over the years is that the island of Kira Panagia is now in the Alonnisos National Park, and consequently now costs €35 per night plus €5 per crew member to visit. After a fast sail across from Alonnisos to Kira Panagia we again went to the naturally well sheltered Planatis Bay and enjoyed it’s natural beauty for a night, with no phone signal or Internet along with 3 other boats for a very peaceful night, apart from the cicadas and goats.
