We felt that Vliho Bay was a good place to ride out the impending thunderstorms forecast for most of Sunday. However Sunday came and went with literally 4 drops of rain, very little wind and a largely sunny day. So we took advantage of the delicious Sunday roast offered by the Yacht Club and on Monday their washing machine to tackle the pile of dirty laundry. We eventually unstuck ourselves from ‘velcro bay’ on Wednesday morning , anchored near the IBA pontoon and took the dinghy across for provisions then headed across the bay to Palairos on the mainland.
