Another one night stop to the small and picturesque harbour of Steni Vala, just a few miles north west of Patitiri. Unfortunately, the harbour has large rocks in places against the wall but below the surface so we ended up probably 10 to 12 feet from dry land. Fortunately, a Taverna provides several very long planks to assist, it was very precarious getting ashore ! Late afternoon we had a short walk around the back of the tavernas to the beach.
We’d also laid our anchor chain across out neighbours’ so it meant we had to leave earlier than him, at a ridiculous 0930.
