Another quiet few days whilst we await the arrival of Philip, Ellie, Rory, James and Hayley on Friday and with forecast wet and windy weather we left Kioni on Monday via Desimi Bay (located halfway up the Meganisi channel) for a lunch stop and watch the interesting pedalos, and then for a couple of nights in Vliho Bay. Heavy rain Monday night allowed us to trace the leak on the starboard side of the saloon to the forward window. So Tuesday morning a leaky seal was fixed with a very fine bead of sikoflex, although in doing so, the entire window and frame fell out! Not having the correct sealant we made do with a temporary seal against the grp with waterproof grease. It seams to work. Then Wednesday up to Lefkas to meet up with Gwen and Pete for a farewell meal at the Gogo Taverna (Green furniture) of delicious beef liver and of course cocktails at the Havana bar. Friday back to Nidri and get Jacana ready for guests James and Hayley.
