We motored the mile across from Preveza to Actio marina hoping for an early liftout. However despite our well intended plans, owing to Actio’s poorly managed lift out control, another boat nipped into the Dock as we were lifting our anchor, and then another was called in front of us. However Jacana eventually came out at about 1030 and taken to the other end of the yard, with a glorious view across to Preveza. In the afternoon we tidied the boat, tied down and covered the tender on the deck, washed the anchor and chain, mended the curtains, cleaned the interior of the boat and one or two other jobs prior to our return in a month’s time. And we met up with Ken and Elizabeth (Pala) for an enjoyable meal at the Panos taverna.
