The plan now is to meet up with Clive and Pippa in 8 days time in Vasiliki, so we thought we’d go spend the next week going up between Itheka and Kefalonia and back round the top to Lefkada. Between Meganisi and Itheka is the small uninhabited island of Astikos so we decided to anchor up in Cliff Bay for lunch. However it was so sheltered and so inviting, particularly with its wonderful rock formations that we decided to relay the anchor with 2 lines ashore and stay the night. About the same time another member of the Cruising Association in a cat anchored up next to us, so yet again we had to endure cocktails. Thank you Chris and Jackie. And a great and relaxing night. We’ll definitely tuck in here again.
