It’s Lizzie’s birthday (Thursday) so an excuse for a meal together at the Vliho Yacht Club, along with 16 or so of their other friends. A great evening and a chance for us to meet up with other Brits. We’ve got David and Yvonne visiting for a week from Sunday so Friday we stocked up in Nidri with beer, wine and food, and then spent a very sheltered night in Varko Bay on Friday night, the sea is definitely getting colder!, and then on Saturday headed north, up through the Lefkas Canal to a very central spot on Preveza Town Quay to await David and Yvonne’s arrival on Sunday. They eventually arrived Sunday afternoon in Preveza, after taking a ‘wrong turn’ by going to Cleopatra’s marina first, so an excellent evening at the Mermaid Taverna and then off on Monday morning.
