As previously mentioned, strong winds are forecast for the weekend so we got away early and made the fairly long 40 mile to Preveza marina for 3 or 4 nights of shelter. Despite a 90min queue to get into the marina (we arrived at the same time as a flotilla!) this must be one of the very best marinas we have ever experienced. The marino guiding us in and helping with the lines was excellent, as are the showers and unusually, really fast Internet. Cleopatra’s is literally half a mile away across the channel.
