Motored down the west side of Corfu, dropping the anchor for lunch, then as we rounded the bottom of Corfu, we enjoyed a great sail across to Paxos. We anchored in Lakka harbour in turquoise water, along with 50 other yachts! in beautiful surroundings. The village was idyllic with narrow streets and a wonderful Aladdin’s cave (organised chaos) where you could buy almost anything. Rather an expensive island with our purchase of a small bag of potatoes costing €4.60! This didn’t deter us from deciding to stay for 2 nights.
