What with exorbitant marina fees, plus €2 for a shower we decided that one night in St Tropez was enough. After a short morning walk away from town past a couple of wrecked yachts (big motorboats) we left the marina and travelled a couple of miles to spend a very relaxing afternoon and night moored up to a free buoy just round the corner in the Baie des Canebiers, again watching the passing superyachts and attempting and failing to get the outbound to run.
