Day 109 Valence to Viviers

Monday 19th August

Today had the potential for being quite a long day as good mooring spots are currently thin on the ground. The first possibility was taken by a hotel ship, the second small marina was too shallow at 1.2 metres to enter, so we ventured on to the lovely old town of Viviers, and a small marina just off the main river. Three locks today, the largest of which was 18 metres down. Back in Lyon we'd met up with Rob and Lizzie, and subsequently shared a few drinks with. They were kind enough to take a few photos of us in today's locks.
